Mission
- Foundation and organisation of production, including mass production, of products that were neither manufactured nor used in Russia earlier;
- development and mass introduction of composite materials structures by replacing traditional material structures in “most conservative” industries: railways and urban transport, transport and municipal services, motor road engineering and bridge engineering at reorganisation and technical re-equipment stage;
- Profit increase at the expense of realization of objective competitive advantages of composites in most “capacious” markets: transport engineering, urban infrastructure, power engineering and communication;
- Maintenance and promotion of scientific and technological advance in Russia in the spheres of designing, calculation and testing, technology and organisation of production of composite products, including those intended for the needs of military-industrial complex.
