“STTC ApATeCh-Dubna” competence in pultrusion is based on the methods of mathematical simulation. Mathematical model allows to optimize the necessary parameters of this process in order to get a high quality product with minimal cost price. Simulation gives an opportunity to estimate modes of the pultrusion process (speed of pulling out, temperature) according to the shape and the section area of the pulled-out glass-fiber structures, thus achieving the set goal.
